In the spring of 2024, three Geneseo businessmen began discussing the possibilities and need for transitional housing in Geneseo. Those meetings led to the creation of Affinity Growth Community Developer LLC, a property development company to help meet the housing demand in and around the Geneseo community.
Affinity was chosen as part of the company name because of its definition – a liking or sympathy for someone or something, especially because of shared characteristics. Jeremy Dodge, Brad Toone and the Wirth Family, all Geneseo business owners, have a special Affinity for Geneseo and its people. Growth is next because we want to see Geneseo continue to Grow and attract people who want to work and raise their families here. Community Developer completed our identity because that’s our vision – to continue to develop the community we live in and the surrounding area we serve.
We are excited to start our first project: Olivia Drive Condominiums.
